Accounts and sites
You sign in with an account. What you can do after that depends on the sites you belong to and your role at each one.
Sign up
Registration is by invitation. A site owner or admin (or a global admin) adds your email address, and you create your account with that same address.

- Enter your name, the email address the invitation went to, and a password of at least 8 characters.
- Select Create account.
If the address hasn't been invited, the app refuses with "Registration is by invitation only." Ask a site administrator to invite you.
If you already have an account when someone invites you, you don't need to sign up again. You get access straight away and the site shows up in your list.
Sign in

You can sign in with:
- Email and password.
- Sign in with Google.
- Sign in with Authelia, a single sign-on option some organizations use.
Both buttons always show on the page, set up or not. If your organization hasn't set one up, selecting it fails with "OAuth sign in failed. Please try again." Sign in another way, or ask your administrator.
Signing in with Google or single sign-on doesn't need an invitation to create the account. But an account with no site can't do anything. You'll see "You don't have access to any sites. Contact an administrator." until someone invites the same email address.
Accept an invite
There's nothing extra to accept. When you sign in, the app checks for invites waiting for your email address and adds you to those sites with the role you were given. Then it shows your site list.
If you can't see the site you expected, check that you used the invited address, and ask the person who invited you to confirm it. Owners and admins can resend or cancel an invite from Pending invites under Settings › App users.

After sign-in you see Select a site, with each site you belong to. Choose one to open it. If you belong to only one site, the app skips this page and takes you straight in.
Global admins and support staff see every site. Global admins also get an Admin dashboard link. See Platform admin.
Switch sites
If you belong to more than one site, the site name at the top of the page is a menu. Choose another site from it.
On a phone, open More in the bottom bar and use the Site list.
Where you land
Once you're in a site, the app opens the page that fits your role.

Sign out and your profile
On a computer, use the account menu at the top right: Profile settings or Sign out. On a phone, open More and choose Profile or Sign out.
