Site settings
Settings is where a site is set up: the product catalog, who has access, which features are on, and how alerts and scanning behave. Most day-to-day work happens elsewhere. You come here to change how the site works.
Who can: Owner, Admin, Member, Inventory manager, Purchaser, Compliance, Site settings That is, roles that can open at least one settings page. Each page below lists its own, narrower roles.
Where: Settings
The link is Settings in the top bar, or in the menu on a narrower screen. On a phone it is Site settings in the More sheet, marked "Best on a larger screen". The sidebar only lists pages your role can open. If a page described here is missing, your role is the likely reason. See Roles and permissions.
