Activity log

The activity log is a record of changes made at the site: who did what, and when. Use it to answer "who changed this?" or to check what a bulk tool did.

Who can: Owner, Admin, Compliance

Where: Settings › Activity log

What it records

Changes to users and invites, stock, recalls, audits, cases, visits and invite links, products, barcodes, staff, procedures, locations, and site settings including scanning, alerts and branding. Each action can also be a Failed attempt, which is shown with its error.

It is a log of changes, not of everything anyone viewed.

Reading the log

Entries are newest first, 50 to a page. The columns are Time (hover for the exact date and time), User, Action, Resource and Details. Choose Show under Details to see the Old values and New values, or the Error.

Filters

  • User: a box labelled "Name or email…". It doesn't match names or emails yet (see below).
  • Action type: All actions, or one action, grouped under User Management, Inventory, Cases & Visits, Settings, Profile and Administration.
  • Resource type: All resources, or one kind such as Product or Visit.
  • From and To: a date range.

The filters are kept in the page address, so you can bookmark or share a filtered view.

The User box doesn't match names or emails yet, so use the other filters to narrow the list.
